Refund Policy

DevSpend AI sells self-serve software access. Because workspace access and generated reports can become available immediately after checkout, refunds are reviewed case by case.

If you purchased DevSpend AI Pro and cannot access the paid features, or if the product was not delivered as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@devspend.ai. We will either fix access, help you use the billing portal when appropriate, or issue a refund when the issue cannot be resolved.

Include the checkout email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method.
