Privacy Policy

DevSpend AI collects the information you provide when using our calculator and report workflow, including calculator inputs such as tool names, seat counts, prices, usage estimates, company/work email, and report preferences.

We do not ask for employee prompts, source code, API keys, passwords, or production vendor credentials in the free calculator.

We use submitted information to calculate spend estimates, generate digital reports, provide support, improve the product, and process purchases through Lemon Squeezy.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. DevSpend AI does not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.

When you connect a source (today: AWS Cost Explorer and Kiro usage exports), we request read-only access and store the credentials encrypted at rest. From connected sources we read spend figures, seats, and usage totals — never prompts, source code, or message contents.

We retain the workspace data the product needs to show your spend, seats, waste, and renewals — and the member identities (name and email) needed to reconcile per-seat usage. You can delete your workspace and account at any time from Settings, which removes the associated data; connector credentials are removed when you disconnect a source.

Connector credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped to the minimum needed, and we default to collecting only the spend and seat data the dashboard requires. Self-hosting is supported for teams that require data to stay in their own environment.
